HolidayGems satisfied customer.
I have been booking through HolidayGems for some years now and have no complaints. From selecting the holiday and firing off the booking to contact from a travel rep usually takes a couple of hours....

Slow and tricky
Slow and tricky, i booked deal then next day consultant rang me that price gone up and I had to pay more or resign and pay exit fee of £75! This is not right!!! I do not recommend this company!
