We understand the frustration this has caused you but as you have been informed by our relevant department that the customers can benefit of the Northern Lights guarantee only if the scheduled tour was "unsuccessful" and this is lifetime. As for your case, the scheduled tour on the 18th of January was successful and we're sorry to know that you missed the pick-up when our driver was at the Kex Hostel at 20:14 and was even able to pick-up 2 other customers from there. Unfortunately, we could not issue the refund you requested since pick-up was operated and the tour was successful. This saddens how you feel about our service, especially after all the information provided prior about the tour and the pick-up details.
