Disappointing food in the evenings.

Good job that I knew how to use Getmypickup on the internet, because we did not get any personal advice from the rep, as promised on the paperwork. This caused some stress.

Thank you for your review, I will pass your comments on to our hotel partners in Tenerife with regards to your disappointment in your evening meals. We advise all clients via our pre-departure emails that to check their transfer times to use the "Get my Pick Up" website, we are on hand by telephone or email to help if required and the Rep in Tenerife should of been able to help if you contacted them. If this wasn't the case I can only apologise on their behalf. We hope that you choose to FlyDirect on a future occasion.
