The best part was to fly direct from the Island to our destination.

The representative in Tenerife was very helpful, and organised a full day’s outing around the Island for us. The guide on the coach was very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to visit the Aloe...

What a lovely 5-star review, it sounds like you had a brilliant time away in Tenerife and enjoyed the convenience of the FlyDirect flights from the Isle of Man to Tenerife. I am sorry there was a delay in retrieving your bags in Tenerife and will pass your feedback onto the relevant department. We look forward to helping you book your next FlyDirect adventure soon.

Thank you for your feedback, it is a shame to hear that you didn't like the aircraft configuration and felt cramped on-board with our partners at Smartwings. Unfortunately due to the distance from the Isle of Man to Tenerife it isn't possible to use the BA CityFlyer aircraft but I will pass your comments on to the relevant people. Should you wish to travel with us at FlyDirect on a summer route, we are still in partnership with BA CityFlyer and their comfortable Embraer E190 jet aircraft.

Isle of Man direct flight

Great service , only problem is the late arrival and very early return flights you essentially loose a day of your holiday.

Another great experience using Flydirect

Always good - easy to book online. Although flights often leave late - generally they make up the time - although not on our flight to Tenerife on 1st Nov

Thank you for your feedback we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your FlyDirect experience and that you choose to travel with us. We are sorry that you experienced a small 30 minute delay in your outbound journey, this was due to the delay of the northbound aircraft and the time it took to load/unload in Jersey.
