Good afternoon Nora -- We have investigated this further with our service team and the technician who visited your home. There is a diagnostic charge for the time spent looking at the door to see if there was an issue, after opening and closing the door several times there was no fault found, however, we have to cover our time spent, so no hidden costs as suggested, any customer is more than welcome to check this with the technician before they commence any work.
