Hi there, Thank you for your feedback and for getting in touch. Whilst we appreciate your comments, we do also ask for client feedback regarding the purchase process and other elements of the policy which you have experienced, i.e., adjustments, renewal etc. These processes are also a key part of the service we provide, and we therefore ask for this feedback to ensure we can make changes and improvements if needed. Please note we do not include breakdown cover as the rental company are expected to regularly maintain their vehicles to a roadworthy standard (i.e. maintining the clutch, gearbox and engine).
