Please note, your application was not lost, but my colleague needed to collect further details from you in order to locate your record as no information was given originally. The email address that was entered on the original record was incorrect, but my colleague then changed this as you instructed and we then re-sent the original documents to you which was successful. Thanks for commenting Charli. I had various emails with Cover4Rentals because I'd not received a policy or any contact, and they didn't at any point say I'd given a wrong email. And it doesn't seem a policy had been issued and sent to the wrong email, because they told me there was no policy with my postcode. What was the original incorrect email please? Good value policy
