Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Our claims team work as quickly as they can and it has been our peak season as I'm sure you can appreciate. The policy covers costs incurred following damage to your hire car, if the costs are not specified as being in line with these damages they are not covered. Buying the policy was easy. I have not made a claim and, as we all know insurance is only as good as the first time you claim. I hope I never have to test the policy
