They automatically renewed my annual car excess policy despite repeated requests from me not to do so.

We send a renewal invitation in good time before the renewal date to the email address we hold on file, this confirms that we will automatically renew the policy. If we do not hear from you to remove the automatic renewal, it will go ahead as agreed by our terms. Kind regards, Charli

Hello Charli, I understand your point about automatic renewal but I contacted you on receiving your invitation renewal and informed you that I would not be renewing and specifically asked that you removed me from automatic renewal. Needless to say you then took a payment some 2 weeks before my renewal date. Not acceptable and does to me feel like sharp practice. Jim Pattison
