Hi Ashley, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the automatic renewal. You agree to our offering of automatic renewal at the point of purchase. We send a renewal invitation in good time before the renewal date to the email address we hold on file, this confirms that we will automatically renew the policy and that we attempt the payment 7 days in advance. I can see that a full refund was processed, and no mention of a £5 cancellation fee was made. Kind regards, Charli

This is outlined within the declaration page before you make payment. We like to keep our premiums as competitive as possible and one of the ways we do this is by not having a large call centre, we therefore do not advertise our phoneline.
