Central Section Pennine Way

Everything was well done from accommodation, taxi transfers to itinerary support. Perhaps a map and maybe an app with a downloadable online map might have been helpful. We had our own map and...

We're happy to hear you enjoyed your walk along the Pennine Way, but a little alarmed to hear you didn't receive a map - we'd hate to think of anyone out on a trail without one! There should have been a map booklet included with your Cicerone guide for the trail. Was that missing or were you simply happier with the full-sized OS sheets? I can confirm that we don't offer a dedicated app, but GPX files for our holidays are available for download through the Members Area on our website, and can be used on most major map app platforms.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We do aim to be the best-value walking holiday provider rather than the absolute cheapest, so that's great to hear. Regarding accommodation, we're glad you enjoyed our choices on the whole. Thanks for the bookings and the baggage pick-ups. Obviously there aren't many hotels/pubs/B&Bs en route, but mostly, the ones you chose were acceptable. There were some blips - one day turned into...

Thanks very much for your thorough feedback - we're glad you enjoyed the Coleridge Way on the whole! We're sorry to hear about that long, long detour, and we'd be very appreciative if you could give us a little more information about the unclear section of the notes via the feedback form in our Members Area so we can look into it.
