100% Customer Service experience

Excellent service. I needed to move my booking from July to December and it was sorted out in a flash. Thanks to the staff and owner for making it so easy. Communication is always 100% with Classic.

We're so very sorry to hear of your husband’s ill health and can only extend our heartfelt apologies for any further stress or disappointment caused by this. As third-party agents, we are required to work in line with our booking conditions, which would ordinarily mean a loss of the associated percentage of the booking upon cancellation. However, we would always speak to the property owners in exceptional circumstances, to see if there is anything we can do to assist you, and provide guests with any necessary paperwork for travel insurance claims in such circumstances. We are so sorry that on this occasion, the communication with the property owner did not appear to happen. We have since been in contact with the owner and yourself, to discuss a solution.
