Thanks for the lovely review. We were very glad to be able to help and look forward to seeing you next year :-)

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the charge for changing your booking dates. We understand that additional fees can be frustrating, particularly when you've already paid an administration fee as part of your original booking. Date changes do incur administrative costs in line with our booking terms, but we're sorry that this left you feeling that we hadn't taken your circumstances into consideration. Providing fair and transparent service is important to us, so we're disappointed to learn that your experience has affected your confidence in booking with us again. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure it is shared with the relevant team for review. Classic Cottages
