Qui peut laisser un avis sur Feefo ?

Seuls les clients disposant d’une preuve d’achat peuvent laisser un avis sur Feefo. Nous nous en assurons en contactant les acheteurs immédiatement après la transaction.

Comment vérifions-nous les avis ?

Nous vérifions que les avis proviennent de clients authentiques en les associant à une vente ou à une transaction. Les personnes ne sont invitées à laisser un avis qu’après avoir effectué un achat auprès de l’entreprise.

No update emails and damaged goods

I found the service extremely disappointing. I did not receive any confirmation that the items had been dispatched or delivered to store. I had to call customer services to ask for their whereabouts....
