Everything was sorted for us the flights, trains and hotels.
The hotels were in good areas and very nice. Helpful staff and good breakfast.
As light travelers we didn't need the bag in the hold but...
Really excellent service. The basic holiday was good value but I wanted a few tweaks, all done quickly and efficiently. No hesitation in recommending them.
We were told by Viva that we needed to change details on my wife's passport and were told this would cost some £150. The details were changed by Easyjet without charge and Norwegian did not not...
