One of the worst holiday of my life.Hotels were terrible smelled bad .expensive miles away from the Rome central.,I would not recommend anyone to book with you. I would like to thank you for your correspondence received regarding your holiday booked through our agency, and further to my acknowledgement. I regret to learn that you were not satisfied with the hotels in Rome & Florence. We mostly use hotels with minimum 4 out 5 Stars on trip advisor. We value our customer’s feedback very highly and rely on such comments to allow us a real insight into the service we provide. Hotels you provided were good but details of how to transfers (both public and taxi)from Airport to hotel / hotel to ferry/ ferry to hotel and hotel to airport were not supplied.
