You are given the impression that you have a choice of colours/ styles etc but really you only have a choice of what they can get from further up a chain. Even then, what is available to them changes

I am sorry you feel that way. We must pre order many of our cars so we have available stock for a quicker delivery, with so many colours available now it’s not always possible to have all colours in stock. We can always factory order any colour choice. I have emailed you this morning for some more feedback on your experience.

I'm sorry that you have not had the best experience, this really upsets me as it's not how we work. I have spoken at length with our suppliers and our staff to ensure this does not happen again. If you check your emails I have detailed what we have done for you and also refunded double the cost of a new licence plus a little extra which I've mentioned on my email. Sorry for letting you down on our service. I will call you this morning.

After receiving an email from the Director at Careline, I can see that the problem with lack of reimbursement lie with Toyota, rather than Careline. However I am somewhat pleased that my incident has highlighted to Careline the importance of following up with customers. I must admit, customer service from Careline was excellent prior to this incident, and their response to the incident has also been extremely prompt and resolved the problems I have had within a matter of a few hours! It has left me feeling far more satisfied with my overall impression of their service. I would definitely recommend using their service.
