Company service was excellent. They could not give a delivery date until car was in the country. However once it arrived in the country I was given a date for delivery and it arrived as planned. Easy

I'm sorry your car was delayed, we are sometimes in the hands of our manufacturers as lead times can change. I have looked through your case this morning and can see that we incorrectly quoted you by not including Metallic paint in the first instance, again we apologise for the mistake, this was purely down to missing the cost off your quote as the account manager at the time was new to our systems.
