We are very sorry that you are not happy with the product â as you hopefully know, we have a non-quibble guarantee so if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it for a full refund, provided it is returned to us in a saleable and unused condition. We have passed your comments on to the manufacturers who sell thousands of these headsets and do not have general issues or complaints about the quality of the product at all. However, if you are trying to use the headset and are either using an inferior phone, or using the headset incorrectly, then it is possible that the viewing experience will be disappointing?
