We are very sorry to read your negative feedback; I have absolutely no idea why you wouldn’t have received emails from us; they are sent automatically the moment the order goes through and the moment the order is shipped!? Have you checked your spam/junk folders as they can sometimes go in there, particularly on free email platforms? It’s automated without the need for human intervention (and thereby mistakes) so they should have been sent and received. If they went into the wrong folder then I am of course sorry

absolutely fantastic service, posted quickly and updates on the parcels journey from post to delivery.
I requested that the product be gift wrapped and provided a message to be included but neither things happened. The person I gave to gift too had to idea who it was from

The company informed me that they hadn't been notified that I had provided a message and that I hadn't been charged for gift wrapping.
