Hi Patrick,
We are our Free Worldwide shipping usually takes 10-20 working days but it can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) as different countries’ customs can take a bit longer. Unfortunately we have no control over how long this takes. You can track your order using your personal barcode. You can find this on your invoice and you can track it through the Deutsche Post website.(This is the delivery service Sunglasses2U uses) Here is a link for your convenience. https://www.packet.deutschepost.com/web/portal-europe/ Please be aware that as this is a free delivery service it is not a fully trackable service.
We can see from this tracking that your order reached the United States on the 1st of June and is likely with customs. Everything looks normal so far.
