My first and only experience with pitchup.com did not give me the impression that this business is run very smoothly .My booking was cancelled two weeks after I made the booking due to the site...

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience. The site owner decided to close early and in these circumstances refunds are made direct by the owner over the phone. We and the owner were unable to contact you by phone to arrange this and replied via email, but we confirmed with the owner the refund was eventually made over the phone. We hope you will consider using Pitchup.com again in future. Pitchup.com
