Outstanding. Lots of contact pre visit to check we had everything/knew what was available. Greeted on arrival to be shown around chalet which was really helpful, always there throughout the week if...

Great service, kept in touch via Whatsapp which was easy and convenient. Nice touches with a welcome pack including wine upon arrival.
