I did request a copy of the policy to be sent in the post. This has not happened. If something happens during my travel I would require the policy to be immediately available and not have to rely on...

I have been looking into your policy and i couldnt see any requests for a posted copy of your policy documents. Do you know what contact details you used to request this?
In any event, ill arrange for a copy to be sent to you fist class post tonight. These should take around 3 - 5 working days to arrive so i will be following up with you to confirm receipt.

Easy to access website and to follow application . At 75 I needed annual cover which Leisure Guard provided .
