All very good - but slightly difficult to collate the key info into one document that has the scheme code, the polcy number and phone numbers so that everything can be accessed in an emergency.
Excellent service from agent Lorraine explained everything thoroughly allowing you to choose the options to suit your requirements with great paitience, at very competitive prices.
