BOOKING A HOLIDAY
initially the website didn't work at all. It wasn't until I went onto a different computer (rather than an android tablet) that I could make it work. Not sure if this is a known problem?

Over the phone booking
The website for some reason does not allow to book a legoland holiday if you live at an overseas address so had to call the helpcentre. They were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Hi There,
Firstly we really do appreciate you taking the time to provide us with invaluable customer feedback.
From the start of 2016 Alton Breaks have undergone a restructure of in house systems along with of website. We had hoped to have everything ready and working perfectly but with all new things some teething issues can occur. Sadly we did experience some issues during the first few days of the new system.
Please do accept my sincere apologies that you where caught up in this change.
I would also like to say that it is not our intention to make you feel incompetent. I have addressed this with the individuals manager in order for them to be re trained so moving forward this does not happen again.
Once again please do accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and I hope you and your family have a fantastic first trip to Legoland.
