A joy to explore the website
The website is very informative and simple to use. All the information I needed before booking was available so I could make my decisions easily. I would like to see more images of the hotel interior.

Do use Lego service was easy to do. Give me loads of different hotels to choose from which I liked. Helped by adding in the miles to park

Very easy to use

Easy to book
It was easy to book my break but I was a little disappointed as I checked the price a few hours before I booked and in that space of time it had gone up £15!

It was easy to make the booking particularly using a mobile device and selecting the preferred hotel. It was disappointing that when trying to add on car parking, the total cost increased + £15 as...
