I have looked into your order, and would like to apologise for the delay in getting your refund to you. Sometimes with items that are in high demand the system can delay in registering the sales showing more then are available to order. We have since recitifed this. Refunds are also being processed at a faster rate of 3 - 5 days waiting. I would like to discuss this with you further.
