Thank you for your comments. However, we note that the airline used will not permit check in until 14 days prior to departure when the passport details are required. We do apologise if the details were not initially received but we do always follow up on this so as to avoid charges at the airport on departure. We note that your tickets were dispatched within the time frames noted on your initial confirmation.

went on holiday i booked-i was pleased everything went smoothly and holiday was good. i would like to thank the young lady at holiday gems who guided me through the procedure to obtain the boarding tickets on the easyjet site. Istill think gems could improve their phone answering procedures whiith updates as to where one is in the phone queue
