I ordered and paid for 4 people in Portugal in November 20th through your agent Jason Edwards.
On receiving my hotel booking on line I noticed room 2 was for 1 adult not 2, I phoned up and was told to contact admin who would look into this, I did that but they told me they could not help but to get back to the booking department .
I have emailed Jason but still waiting a reply, can you help.

You emailed me on the 18th October under the heading
" Thanks for booking with Holiday Gems ltd " in it you stated I had to forward my passport details. I am under the opinion I've already sent these which has been verified by you, please clarify.
My biggest regret in all of this is doing my travel documents by email, I have been inundated with emails half of which I don't understand.
IF I ever book with you again I would certainly let you send all the documents by post.

Should you require documentation by mail you can request this at the time of booking. Further when any change or payment is made to you booking a full set of new documents will be forwarded. If you have already submitted your API this need not been done again.
