We are most disappointed with your comments. Please email customerliaison@holidaygems.co.uk with your issues and this will be addressed by our complaints department. However, we can see no notes which indicate an issue has arisen with this booking apart from our staff advising that all emails would be to the lead passenger and not any other third party which is our legal responsibility.

Wwhen I booked i told Andy I have no computer so he needed to take my partner email which he said was fine and you sent my partner email but he couldn't print them out. After a lot of arguing and phone calls and stress you sent the ticket so why not of sent them in the beginning and save all the stress and wasted time. I was recommended by a good friend to use your company and am very disappointed withyour customer service.

The only email noted on the booking is yours as the lead passenger. When your partner called to ask for documents to his email we advised that without your authority, as the lead passenger, we were legally unable to do so. We then posted the documents as requested. We are disappointed that you felt that this was poor customer service as we have to maintain the information given by the lead passenger for the protection of all parties.

will never deal with them even again as they use under hand techniques just to get your attention...which are awful and blatant.....

Thank you for your comments. We would draw your attention to our terms and conditions to which you agreed when completing your online order which state that the website is not live and should you not agree to any increase in costs (if applicable) you need not proceed with the order and no money will be taken. For us to complete and confirm the booking we would have required your authorisation. This can only lead us to believe that you were unable to source the accommodation at a lower price as your agreement would not have been otherwise been obtained.

i fully understand the T+C's and your prices are not live.....however, i stick to my comments - you lure people in with lower prices and bump up the price thereafter......your online prices for the hotel i chose still show the lower rate...even though you know the real live price is higher!

our website is fed directly from the supplier and there may be delays in the update from the cached system. We therefore also reiterate our previous remarks in that should you not agree to the higher price the order may be cancelled at no cost to yourself.

any reason why the lower price is still showing on your website ? even after 2 weeks ;) - now thats a long delay !....
i re-iterate, I have no isses agreeing to the higher price as per the t+c, but have an issue with the way you do business - therefore would never book or recommend with yourselves.
