We do not employ in resort reps but your accommodation and transfer vouchers will both have clear instructions and each have emergency numbers in the event of any issues. We are unsure to which reviews you refer but please do check other review sites like Feefo.com and reviewcentre.com for reviews that we are sure are placed by our clients. The same, unfortunately, cannot be said for other review sites. We are sure that your holiday will be fantastic !
