We are most confused by this review as the booking referred to has not yet travelled and has no child booked. If the reviewer would clarify the issue this will be investigated.

I do not understand the reply about my booking.
I booked a holiday to Majorca, Resort Alcudia, Aucanada, 2 x Apartments. This included a One year old baby in one of the apartments.(Two days spent at alternative accommodation. Not good enough).
We travelled 3/07/2014.
Why are the comments from you saying we have not travelled, and had no child included with our booking.
I am very disappointed with your reply.

The reference number given on your review relates to a booking due to travel in December on a cruise. However, with the information given we have accessed the booking which relates to your review. Unfortunately, the issue raised is a result of the hotel actions directly and is a matter over which we had no control and could not have foreseen prior to departure. However, if you would email our customer liaison department this will be raised on your behalf with our suppliers.

Eventually excellent. Initial booking stated higher price on flight yet web site still stated lower. Probably caused by the famous antics of Ryanair !!!!
