Pros:
The Holiday was great.
The Price was great.
Opening times of sales phone line is great - If I remember correctly open until 8pm weekdays.

Never supply the holiday for advertised price
After booking and paying then got told couldn’t have the holiday for that price as you couldn’t supply the room from that supplier but if I paid £52 more I could have the room I requested
