I was able to make contact with customer service and I was told there is nothing that could be done unless I pay more for an ongoing service and I am not willing to do that in order to get something I paid for to work

the sales was excellent as well as the customer service after the sale.
It took too long for my problem to be taken care of. It took almost a month before the decision to have the unit sent back as I requested due to the problem I was having with the unit.

Hello Jack! Apologies for this. We do not offer phone support at this time, only via email, live chat, and one on one remote support sessions. I am seeing in your order that you elected to save money by proceeding with the No Support option. We only offer this option for ExpressVPN firmware devices at this time as customers can still receive support from ExpressVPN who developed the firmware on the FlashRouter. We do have options if you ever wish to subscribe to FlashRouters Support!
