Thanks for your feedback. When listening to the phone recording to note the details of the discussion around the bracket, you asked if the bracket was wall mountable and L-shaped to which our consultant confirmed it was. To confirm the product, a link would have been included within the confirmation email for you to double-check and ensure the product was correct for your application. This link included images and dimensions for full transparency purposes as the consultant is unable to relay a visual description by phone of course. Apologies for the 3 extra days it took for your order to be ready, however you called to request an additional product (which is great!) and chose to pay via bank deposit for the first order, which can sometimes take a few days to land and clear in our account. When the payment was received, we were able to finalise and combine both orders and arrange the collection by you, which was a longer process than the 1-2 days a collection would normally take.
