I have emailed and used the online form with no response and when I contact them on the phone, there is no option to speak to anyone, just a referral to use the online form.

Regarding our response times, we can see you left us a voicemail yesterday evening hence outside of business hours, however we generally respond very quickly and within 1 business day approximately, which is exactly what we are doing with your email that we received today. We’re so happy to hear the other three fans are all fine and are always here to support if/when needed.

Didn’t use the customer service so can’t comment but online buying was smooth and would buy from again. Fans came in good time to WA and no problems with delivery.
