When my bird needed treatment from the vets Exotic Direct were quick to pay plus as I had not been with them very long they reassured me i was covered.

I obviously renewed my plan directly but did not receive anything to tell me it was due for renewal so it was a bit of a surprise.

Absolutely no hassle process from start to finish. Our vets sent through the claim form and a couple of weeks later I received the cheque in the post
