Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry that you have had trouble with your mirror. Having checked your order we can see that you purchased the mirror from our imperfect clearance stock and inspected it before purchase, and there are notes on the order to say that there was a chip in the mirror at the time of purchase.

Buying the furniture was fine but within 3 weeks the reclining mechanism has broken. Several phone calls later we are still waiting for a call back and resolution.
