Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry that there seems to have been a miscommunication with your order. The chairs were in stock in our Manchester warehouse. Unfortunately we do not have the space to hold stock in our stores. The chairs could have been transferred to the store for you to collect from there but obviously this would have added a little extra time to the order.
With regard to the chairs being assembled we do, as standard, assemble chairs that we deliver as we have specialist equipment to protect the furniture in transit. Items that require assembly but are being collected are generally left in their original packaging as we have had a significant number of items being damaged when being transported in smaller vehicles or where sufficient padding is unavailable. As such, the original boxes provide much more protection for the furniture.
Once again, we are sorry for the miscommunication with your order and hope that this experience will not deter you from shopping with us again in the future.
