We were sorry to hear that your card details were used without your permission. Unfortunately, this appears to be a growing problem, particularly with increased volumes of internet usage.
We take card security very seriously and have robust procedures in place to ensure that customer card details are not compromised.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. The bombardier chest is aluminium effect rather than solid metal. This should have been made clear at the time of sale and we can only apologise if this was not the case.
