The staff (Lee) were helpful to help us get the two beds we required, which was not easy as each bed was different for different requirements

We feel that our delivery charge is competitive within the industry. Particularly, considering that we deliver our furniture ourselves using our own specialist delivery teams. We deliver the furniture to the room of your choosing and take away all of the packaging.

Having looked into your order it appears that the issue with delivery was due to the sofa not fitting past your banister to go upstairs.
