I was disgusted to be told it would cost me an extra £40 to deliver such a small item a mere 10 miles.Needless to say I will never do business again with this company.

We have a set delivery pricing structure which is very competitively priced. Your item fell into the £39 delivery charge however, since you collected the item you never incurred the delivery charge. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused during this process.

Friendly staff, lovely store our sales person was very helpful and informative, it was delivered around the time we were told in 14/16 weeks...very pleased with goods.

The initial service in store was great however, the delivery times are unacceptable- it took 12 weeks for our goods to be delivered and we sitting on the floor in our new house for all that time.

Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback. Our systems indicate that you had received all of your items by the 9th week after ordering. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused during the delivery assembly, this matter will be investigated further. A small additional fee could have been paid for a second delivery which we would of been happy to arrange.
