Very poor , no communication from the management staff once when you've ordered and paid.

They got my delivery date wrong. I waited all of Saturday and they didn't show up. I had paid extra for a weekend delivery but they stated I was due a mid week delivery. I got no real apology and...
Very pleased. Came quicker than expected. And the delivery guys took the old one out very pleased
