We are sorry that you do not feel happy with the service you received from our store.
We have looked into your order and believe that your issue was caused by us being able to obtain a product from one of our suppliers which we can only apologse for. We do, however, believe the store did contact you about this and removed the products from your order when we found out that we were unable to get them.
Once again, we are sorry that your experience shopping with us was not of the high standard expected and hope that this will not put you off visiting us in the future.
