Staff in store, friendly but not pushy. Helped us to understand the fillings used in our chosen suite. Showroom had lots of choice and was laid out in room settings.

On delivery of the bed your delivery guys accidentally damaged the wall in our porch. I made a complaint several weeks ago regarding this matter and still await your response.
