For £49 delivery we did not get much we were told they would unpack and assemble and take the packaging away but they only place items where we wanted them and left us to put in all the glass shelves...
seamless service from start to finish. First time at this store and we were very impressed with prices and customer service. I would recommend the store and will shop there again in the future.

We apologise that the packaging was not taken away as promised online. With regards to the assembly of the product we are sorry that you were inconvenienced. The website does not state that the items you ordered would be assembled. However, to prevent this issue from occurring in the future we are now updating the website to ensure that it clearly states that self assembly will be required for this range of items.

I didn't like the way "extras," such as delivery charge were only mentioned after purchase. Also the "hard sell" of mattress protector etc. was not appreciated. Otherwise, delivery etc. was fine.
