Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm, thoughtful account of your month-long journey. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you had such an enjoyable experience as a solo traveller, and that your Travel Director's local knowledge, enthusiasm and care for everyone on the coach made the trip so exceptional. We are also pleased that you found the Optional Excursions suited to a range of guests, and that having the logistics arranged for you allowed you to concentrate fully on enjoying your time away. We appreciate your recommendation. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed, candid account of your tour. We are sorry to learn that, having travelled with us on several previous occasions, you found this itinerary disappointing by comparison, and we appreciate your frank comparison with your earlier experiences. We regret that the pace felt so relentless, and that the Optional Excursions seemed expensive, leaving you with a long period of unstructured time in the city if you chose not to join them. We also appreciate how stressful the absence of airport transfers can be for guests who are tired after a long flight, and we recognise that the lack of walking tours with Local Guides diminished the experience for you. It is disappointing that some of the hotels were so remote, making meals difficult to find, and that the included first dinner did not meet your expectations. Your remarks about the Travel Director's commentary, and about the limited time available to become acquainted with fellow guests, are also well taken. We are pleased, nonetheless, that you enjoyed the weather and the sights of the cities you visited. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the pace of the tour, the value of the optional experiences and the choice of hotels may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm, engaging account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that the process from booking through to touring was so smooth, and that your Travel Director made such a determined effort to ensure that your experience was a memorable one. We are also pleased that you valued the opportunity to meet fellow travellers from other parts of the world, and that the history, architecture and preservation of heritage in each country made such a strong impression. We appreciate your candid remark that the hotels were not the finest, and we are encouraged that you nonetheless found them clean and conveniently placed for shops, restaurants and transport. It is gratifying to know that you regarded the tour as good value for money. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again as you continue to explore more of Europe.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found your Travel Director so impressive, and that his organisation, professionalism and attention to detail made such a positive contribution to your journey. We appreciate your observation that a little more time at each location would have been welcome. This is a helpful point, and we shall share it with our Operations Department so that the pace of the tour may be considered carefully. We shall also be sure to pass on your kind words to the colleague concerned, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a lively and engaging account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the trip amazing, that you were so pleased with the hotels, and that your tour director made such a strong effort to ensure you enjoyed every moment. We are also pleased that the itinerary left you with such a wealth of impressions, even if it took some days to absorb them fully. We appreciate your candid remarks regarding the amount of coach travel on motorways and the level of fitness required for the walking, and we are grateful that you have offered such practical advice for future guests. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to the team members concerned, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour to be good value and so well planned. Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience. We are sorry to learn of the difficulties you encountered, and we appreciate how tiring the journey must have been following the change to your flights, particularly after such a long day of travel. We regret that the arrangements for your room at the hotel in Casablanca were not confirmed as you had requested, and that you were asked to pay a charge on arrival. It is disappointing that your request has not yet been resolved, and we apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. We would be grateful if you would send an email to globalguestrelations@ttc.com so that we may investigate the matter promptly. We also regret that the length of the coach journeys without an onboard toilet was uncomfortable, and that the shower fitting at one of the hotels failed in such an unpleasant manner. We shall share these observations with our Operations Department so that they may be considered carefully. We are pleased that you found your Travel Director and Coach Driver so delightful. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your tour. We are sorry to learn that your experience fell so far short of your expectations, and we regret that the itinerary, the standard of the hotels and the conduct of the tour proved so disappointing. We regret that the morning visit to Boston did not coincide with the opening hours of the places you had been promised, that the resort at Hyannis was winding down for the season, and that several attractions were closed or left you without adequate guidance. We are also sorry that you found the hotels damp, dirty and unsuitable, and that you felt the Coach Driver and Travel Director did not work together as a team or provide the level of safety, professionalism and local knowledge you rightly expected. Concerns of this nature are taken very seriously. We are pleased, at least, that the scenery in Vermont and New Hampshire made such a strong impression. We can confirm that we received your email, and we hope that the resolution was to your satisfaction. We shall also share your observations with our Operations Department so that scheduling, hotel selection and the performance of the tour may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your suggestions. We are sorry that several aspects of the tour fell short of your expectations, and we appreciate the clarity with which you have set out your concerns. We regret that some of the hotels were without lifts, obliging guests to carry their luggage up and down stairs, and that a number of the properties were located some distance from the town centres. We also note your view that the optional dinners were expensive and did not offer good value for the quality of the food. Your comment regarding the pace of the morning departures, which left insufficient time to use the facilities after breakfast, is likewise well taken, and we are sorry that this caused discomfort for guests. These are constructive and practical observations, and we shall share them with our Operations Department so that hotel selection, the pricing and quality of optional dinners and the timing of morning schedules may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience in the future.
