Boxes for Moving Home Commentaires

i'm sorry to hear the delivery was split over two days. we have in fact switched to a new and improved courier service since you placed your order. customers now get access to real time tracking as well as a one hour delivery window :-)

Firstly I'm sorry to hear the delivery was late. Unfortunately this does sometimes happen; not often but occasionally. I have refunded the charge made for the pre 12 delivery. With regards the boxes, their sizes are clearly displayed on the website so I'm not sure what you were expecting. There's a fine line though between too small to do the job and too big to pick up when full. Your comments are nevertheless noted and we will keep an eye out for similar feedback.
