Hi Charlotte. Thank you for your review. We always take great care to dispatch our products and ensure that they are well packaged! We certainly wouldn't ever dispatch a customer returned product and I can only assume that it was damaged in transit. Of course, it's not ideal - but it can happen with the parcel companies occasionally. I trust that this has been resolved for you? Easy to order. Got confirm email. Said it would provide an update when item is out for delivery so that it can be tracked but that didn’t happen.
